Join us for a Pinot Noir experience that showcases this variety's evolution here at Pimpernel.

Pinot Noir is a variety that rewards patience and curiosity. This educational tasting takes you through a curated selection of Pimpernel Vineyards wines, from current release to rarely seen museum offerings, exploring how the variety transforms in the glass and in the cellar. Along the way, we'll explore Pimpernel's evolving approach to Pinot production while also digging into the climate and geography that makes the Yarra Valley one of Australia's most compelling regions for Pinot Noir.

Pimpernel Pinot: Time & Terroir - $50.00 per person

Taste through a selection of 5 Pinot Noirs, including the recently released Hill Road and Gruyere as well as our flagship Pinot Noir Three, along with hidden gems drawn from our museum stocks (plus a potential comparative vintage surprise!) The tasting runs for approximately 60 minutes and is led by our knowledgeable staff, who will offer insight into our history, viticulture and winemaking practices.
