Every Sunday throughout this festival - A Pinot Noir Piccolo - taste through a wine flight of five Pinot Noirs from our Single Vineyard wines and Reserve range. Each week we will open a different wine from Italy or Burgundy to compare and contrast with our own Yarra Valley style.

A Pinot Noir Perspective - A five course dinner with matched Pinot Noir wines from current SOUMAH releases and museum wines. Plus the chance to have a look at the brand new 2026 Pinot Noir from the winery tank!

At SOUMAH we are inspired by Italian life and specialise in northern Italian wine and food. From a winemaking perspective, we believe our terroir is similar to northern Italy, with short, dry, hot summers and cool nights throughout. Even the fog that descends upon the Valley in late summer is reminiscent of those lands.
