Join us at Medhurst Wines as we embark on a culinary journey and unravel the versatility of three of our Estate Grown Pinot Noir's when matched with some delicious Pinot snacks.

- 2023 Medhurst Estate Pinot Noir - paired - Mushroom Pâté, Fennel & Red Cabbage Kraut, Sesame Cracker.
- 2022 Medhurst Reserve Pinot Noir - paired - Open Reuban Sandwich, Wagyu Pastrami, Zuni Pickles & Comté

Medhurst Wines is the realisation of the long held and shared vision of Ross and Robyn Wilson to make wines of provenance from their Yarra Valley property. The Medhurst Vineyard was chosen for its favourable micro-climate, north-facing slopes, good drainage and magnificent aspect. The site is located on the western side of the Warramate Ranges with an altitude ranging between 130m and 220m above sea level. It was planted in 2000 with Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Cabernet Sauvignon and Shiraz.
Our Cellar Door at Medhurst Wines sits proudly at the top of the Estate, surrounded by native bush and natural beauty. North facing and filled with plenty of natural light, our Cellar Door delivers beautiful panoramic views overlooking our vineyards and winery, naturally blending into its environment. It truly is one of the most enchanting places to relax and unwind. A hidden gem of the Yarra Valley where time seems to stand still.
