Pasta and Pinot pairing Enjoy a handmade pasta from the Locale kitchen, paired with a glass of wine from the Yarra Valley Estate range. Choose from two seasonal dishes. You can either have the Wild Boar Ragu Tagliatelle, a slow-cooked wild boar ragu with ricotta salata, paired with Yarra Valley Estate Pinot Noir, or the Crab Linguine, a linguine with blue swimmer crab, lobster bisque, parsley, garlic breadcrumbs, paired with Yarra Valley Estate Pinot Gris. ($55) Available for a limited time.

First planted in 1971, our Yarra Valley Dixons Creek vineyard is now home to over 180 hectares of Chardonnay, Pinot Gris, Pinot Blanc, Pinot Noir, Syrah, Nebbiolo, Gamay and Cabernet Sauvignon amongst others. In 2016, the De Bortoli family purchased the prized Lusatia Park vineyard in Woori Yallock adding Upper Yarra Chardonnay and Pinot Noir to their portfolio. With a passionate team, we craft wines that tell the story of tradition, innovation, and dedication.

Locale Restaurant:

Open Thursdays to Mondays from 12:00 to 3:00 pm including dinner on Saturday evenings from 6:00pm.
