We love Pinot in its many forms and we welcome you to join us for a variety of Tasting Flights and Pinot Pairings with food.

Explore the Pinot Family: Taste the broad spectrum of Pinot with a Sparkling Pinot Noir, Pinot Blanc, Pinot Noir/Meunier, Pinot Noir, Late Harvest Pinot Gris.
Vertical and Horizontal Pinot tastings will be highlighted throughout the month to showcase different vintages of Pinot from our different sites across the Yarra.

First planted in 1971, our Yarra Valley Dixons Creek vineyard is now home to over 180 hectares of Chardonnay, Pinot Gris, Pinot Blanc, Pinot Noir, Syrah, Nebbiolo, Gamay and Cabernet Sauvignon amongst others. In 2016, the De Bortoli family purchased the prized Lusatia Park vineyard in Woori Yallock adding Upper Yarra Chardonnay and Pinot Noir to their portfolio. With a passionate team, we craft wines that tell the story of tradition, innovation, and dedication.

Open Thursdays to Mondays from 12:00 to 3:00 pm including dinner on Saturday evenings from 6:00pm.
